The duo-mix 2000 automates hand mixing pre-sanded products. The result is a more homogeneously mixed, flowable product that is less labor intensive and reduces wear on the equipment. Hard to mix products are no challenge for the duo-mix 2000

With a flow diagram and a simple fault finder

The new control panel illustrates the ease of operation for the duo-mix 2000 in a way that is both simple and intuitive. Push buttons double up as indicators to show when each key part of the machine is operating. The duo-mix 2000 even tells you how to identify a fault if if occurs in the system, using a simple display. This allows you to minimize downtime on the site.

Dual Mixing system

As with the traditional duo-mix system, the new duo-mix 2000 utilizes our proven "Dual Mixing System." The material is mixed better, so it is easier to work with and can be pumped farther.

Separate mixing and pumping zones

The consistency needs to be set only once on the continuous mixer. The wear on the worm pump or break in the spraying/pumping do not affect the consistency. Pumping distances from 60 to 200 ft are easily possible, depending on the material.

The duo-mix 2000 is user friendly, easy to disassemble, clean and transport.
