BMI Grout 4000 psi
Description
BMI 4000 is a sand cement grout to fill concrete block or door frames.
Mixing
BMI 4000 contains all ingredients in dry form, only water needs to be added. Mix one bag of BMI 4000 with approximately 2 gallons of clean water to a pourable consistency.
Coverage
One 80 lb. bag of BMI 4000 makes approximately 0.8 cu. Ft. of grout. BMI 4000 is also available in bulk in our silo mixing station. One ton of BMI 4000 makes approximately 19 cu. ft. of grout.
Application
Mix grout to a pourable consistency for block and a plastic-like consistency for use with trowel in bond beams and door frames.

* These are laboratory tests according to ASTM C-476 and are simulating the strength in the block when tested in prisms (not cylinders). Field tests from cylinders will be lower due to the fact that no water absorption takes place in the cylinder.
