Maxit 4350
Description
Maxit ABS 4350 is a Commercial Cement, self leveling floor underlayment. This product is factory blended and it contains special cements, admixtures and sand. Maxit ABS 4350 is designed as a leveling product over Concrete, Stone or Tile. This product has to be covered with carpet, tile or vinyl.
Mixing
The product is mixed in a big bucket with a drill, for small repairs, with the automatic mixing pump for bags or with the silo including the silo mixing pump in bulk for large projects. Important: Always control the flow before starting the floor.
Prior to installation of the maxit ABS 4350, floor needs to be primed with the ABS 16 primer. After the primer has dried, application of the ABS 4350 can begin. Large open floors should be divided in smaller fields to assure that the maxit ABS 4350 does not dry be-fore the floor is all level. Foot traffic in 1-3 hours. Final floor covering in 1-3 weeks. Substrates: Concrete, Stone or Tile.
Coverage
When mixed with 1.1 Gallons of water (20%) one 55 lbs bag of maxit yields 33 sq ft at 5mm. Normal thickness 4-30mm

Note: Contains no casein or formaldehyde and has less emissions than concrete while creating a clean living environment.
